Whether you're an aspiring musician or a long-time player, the St. Edward's Music Department is always welcoming anyone who desires to learn, play and find their voice.
Although we currently only offer a Music minor, our department is filled with passionate staff and students who want to see the department grow while also offering an intimate and inclusive experience.
Along with taking courses for the minor, you can take any of our courses on the side and/or to fulfill electives. Members of the St. Edward's staff also play with us so, staff, feel free to contact us if interested!

At St. Edward's University, the terms "music courses" and "music groups" are almost synonymous due to the copious opportunities students are given to perform with their classmates on and off campus.
Sharing music through performance and playing together is emphasized at St. Ed's, so we have many events throughout the year!
